Did You Get Burned By The Forest Service’s Let-Burn Wildfire Plan?

Written by: Frank Carroll

Learn how to file a claim against the US Forest Service for damage to your property caused by the 2018 Pole Creek/Bald Mountain Fires were allowed to burn.

Attend an Informational Meeting

Tuesday, November 26th from 7-9 PM at
Veterans Memorial Banquet Hall
380 N Main St. Spanish Fork, Utah.

Join your neighbors in receiving compensation for the damage you sustained when the Forest Service failed to put out the Pole Creek and Bald Mountain Fires, and then burned thousands of acres of private land to try to stop their own fire.

Frank Carroll, a senior partner at Wildfire Pros LLC, will guide you through the process to file a SF-95 tort claim under the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA). Mr. Carroll and his partners have filed hundreds of successful claims for wildfire damages including many resulting from prescribed fire or from the Forest Service practice of “using unplanned fire in the right place at the right time” as they did at Pole Creek.

Carroll will make a presentation about the process, how it works, and what you can do. He will show you how he prepares maps and reports and values your claim. He will then help you file your claim and lead you through the process of being repaid for your trouble.
